When will my order ship?

For your convenience, and to keep the shipping costs as low as we can, we ship with Canada Post without a Tracking #. Should you wish for one, convo us before ordering and we will upgrade you accordingly.

Do you offer additional colors/sizes other than what's listed in your shop?

We do not currently offer additional colors or sizes for our hats. 

What is your returns policy?

We don't accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order

 

What currency are your products listed in?

All prices are listed in USD.

Do you ship outside of Canada/US?

At this time we do not currently offer shipping outside of Canada/US.

I haven't received my item, or my item is damaged.

We're sorry to hear that. It can happen from time to time, for a variety of reasons that may not have been under our control. Contact us with your Order #, pictures, and details of the issue and we'll help you resolve them to the best of our ability.

Care Instructions:

We recommend to wash the hats by hand with cold water and mild soap. Leave out to air dry.
